The billing page is where you turn on pay-as-you-go, decide which of your accounts it applies to, and keep an eye on what you’re spending.

You don’t need to come here to get started. Every account gets a free monthly allowance on the metered features without doing anything at all. This page is only for going beyond that allowance. See Pricing for what’s free, what’s metered and what it costs.

Switch pay-as-you-go on and pick how you want to settle your bill:

  • Card — we charge your saved card automatically when the invoice is issued.
  • Invoice — we send you an invoice and you pay it yourself.

You can switch between the two at any time.

If you own more than one account, you choose individually which ones are metered. An account you leave switched off simply stops at its free allowance each month.

Usage from every enabled account rolls up into one invoice per month, so you get a single bill rather than one per property.

Add a card and we’ll store it securely with our payment provider. We only ever display the brand, last four digits and expiry date — Wink never sees or stores your full card number. If your bank issues a replacement card, the details update automatically.

Track what you’ve used so far this month, broken down by feature and by account, alongside the free allowance for each. This is the number to watch if you want to keep your spend predictable — for Social in particular, your monthly post count is effectively your budget.

Allowances reset on the 1st of every month.

Your invoice history lists each month’s number, billing period, amount, currency and status, with links to view the invoice online or download it as a PDF.
