User Settings (IAM)
Wink IAM is the identity service for your Wink user account — distinct from the organization accounts (properties, affiliate accounts, etc.) that you manage in Portal.
What lives here
Section titled “What lives here”/my-account/general— Your user profile: first name, last name, username, email, profile picture, password./my-account/security— Passkeys (WebAuthn) for password-less sign-in./my-account/apps— OAuth2 applications you’ve authorized to access your Wink account. Revoke access at any time.
User Settings vs. Portal: what’s the difference?

One user can operate many organization accounts; one organization account can be operated by many users (via managers).
Sign-in flow
Section titled “Sign-in flow”Sign-in always starts at IAM. Once authenticated, you’re routed into Portal, where you pick which organization account you want to work in.
