Bookings

To view your booking history, click on Bookings from the sidebar.

Booking grid

The booking grid displays all your transactions in a filterable, sortable table. You can:

• Filter by date range (defaults to the last 30 days).
• Sort by date, amount, or guest name.
• Page through results.

Each row shows the traveler name, property, guest count, stay dates, and total amount.

Booking details

Click any booking to see its full details:

General information

• Booking ID, creation date, payment method, and payment status.

Breakdown

• Room type, occupancy (adults and children), and stay dates.
• Ancillary items — any extras purchased along with the room.

Fund breakdown

Shows exactly how funds are distributed across all parties:

• Commission — Affiliate or agent commission.
• Platform fee — TripPay processing fee.
• Hotel agency fee / Affiliate agency fee — If applicable.
• Sale amount — Net amount to the property.

Payment information

• Transaction IDs (TripPay, Merchant, Trace ID).
• Links to the guest-friendly TripPay receipt and the payment gateway receipt.
• External booking code and supplier identifier, if available.

Refunds

If a refund has been processed, you will see the refund amount, date, cancellation reason, and who initiated the cancellation.

Payout

Payout method (e.g., Virtual Credit Card) and issue date.
