Users

The users page lets you manage who has access to your property on the Extranet.

To manage your team, click on Property > Users from the main nav bar.

Inviting team members

Enter an email address and click Invite to send an invitation. The recipient will receive an email with a link to join your property team.

Managing roles

Each team member can have one of the following roles:

• Owner — Full access to all property settings, including the ability to manage other users.
• Manager — Access to day-to-day property management features.

You can promote a manager to owner using the Make owner button.

Removing members

Click Remove next to any team member to revoke their access. This takes effect immediately.

Pending invitations

The invitations section shows all outstanding invitations that have not yet been accepted.
