Recognition
Recognition lets you highlight your property’s awards, certifications, and industry badges to build trust with potential guests.
To manage recognition, click on Property > Recognition from the main nav bar.
Adding recognition
Section titled “Adding recognition”Click Create to add a new recognition entry. Each entry includes:
- Category — The type of recognition (e.g., award, certification).
- Type — The specific recognition type.
- Provider — The issuing organization (e.g., Michelin, TripAdvisor, AAA).
- Rating — Numeric rating value, if applicable.
- Rating symbol — The icon or symbol used to display the rating.
- Date — When the recognition was earned.
- Official appointment — Whether this is an official designation.
Managing entries
Section titled “Managing entries”From the recognition list, you can edit or remove existing entries. Recognition entries are displayed on your property profile in the booking engine, helping travelers see your accolades at a glance.
