Booking Confirmation

After a successful payment, the traveler lands on the booking confirmation page.

Thank you page

The confirmation page shows:

• A thank-you message confirming the booking.
• The booking code for reference.
• A note that a confirmation email has been sent.

If the booking is still being processed, a brief “Confirming your booking…” message is displayed until the server confirms.

Booking details

Once confirmed, the traveler can view the full booking details:

• Hotel name and location.
• Room type and configuration.
• Check-in and check-out dates.
• Guest information.
• Price breakdown.
• Cancellation policy.
• Payout and payment method details.

Guest actions

From the booking details page, authenticated travelers can:

• Cancel the booking — If the cancellation policy allows it.
• Leave a review — Rate and review the property.
• Send a message — Contact the hotel directly.
• Share — Share the booking on social media.
• Print — Print the booking confirmation.

Unauthenticated guests see a read-only view of their booking details.
