Checkout

The checkout process guides travelers from room selection through payment in three steps.

After selecting a room type on the property page, the room configurator opens. Here the traveler can:

  • Choose bed configuration and room preferences.
  • Add ancillary items (breakfast, spa, activities, etc.).
  • Enter guest information.
  • Review the price breakdown (net and gross totals).
  • Add the room to their shopping cart.

The shopping cart shows all items ready for purchase:

  • Room type, dates, and guest count for each item.
  • Cancellation policy for each booking.
  • Per-item and total price breakdown.

Travelers can remove items or proceed to payment.

The payment step embeds a secure payment widget where the traveler enters card details and completes the transaction. After a successful payment, the traveler is redirected to the confirmation page.

If payment fails, an error message is displayed and the traveler can retry.
