地點

要管理您的地點，請從主導航欄點擊 Inventory > Places。

地點讓您能展示並銷售您的地點，無論是在場內或場外。要建立地點，請點擊 Create place 按鈕。

以下章節將逐步引導您完成管理地點的每個部分。

設定

開始時預設選擇 Configurations 標籤。

本節涵蓋地點的基本資訊。

內部名稱 地點的名稱，供內部參考。例如：鬼屋
生活風格 可選擇符合此地點的生活風格。例如：家庭
類型可選擇最符合的地點類型。例如：博物館

時間表

本節讓您管理地點的可用時間。

營業時間

開放時間 地點開始可用的時間。例如：09:00
關閉時間 地點停止可用的時間。例如：21:00

營業日

本節讓您設定地點每週可用的日子。

切換開關至 ✅ 表示該日可用。

季節性

本節讓您設定地點全年可用的日期。

開始日期 地點開始可用的日期。例如：2024年9月11日
結束日期 地點停止可用的日期。例如：2024年7月11日

設施

點擊 Amenities 標籤繼續。

類似於物業設施，地點設施僅適用於特定地點。勾選適用的設施。

描述

點擊 Descriptions 標籤繼續。

類似於物業歡迎文字，您也可以為地點建立多語系描述。您可以用任意多種語言撰寫。我們會為所有熱門語言新增翻譯。這是旅客在查看您的地點時會看到的文字。

名稱為地點命名。例如：鬼屋
描述用一兩段文字描述地點。例如：想知道鬼魂是否真實存在嗎？

照片與影片

點擊 Photos & Videos 標籤繼續。

新增照片或影片：

Click on the Upload media button.
Media can be added:
- By dragging images from your computer onto the window or click Browse.
- By pasting an external URL that points to an image.
- By using your laptop camera.
- From your Google Drive account.
- From your Dropbox account.
- From Shutterstock
- From gettyimages
- From iStock
- From Unsplash
When uploading single images, you’ll be asked if you want to crop the image before uploading.
Once your image has finished uploading, the pop-up window will close and the image will show up in your list of media.

Requirements

Images cannot exceed 10Mb in size.
Videos cannot exceed 50Mb in size.
We support all recognized image and video formats, including PDF.

Recommendations

2560w x 1440h (16x9 aspect ratio) for your featured image.
2560w x 1920h (4:3 aspect ratio) for all other images.
Image size should not be larger than 5Mb. Please compress your images before uploading to Wink.

Metadata

You can add additional metadata to your images and video by clicking on the ✏️ icon next to your image.

Metadata can be:

Lifestyle Set it if an image represent a specific lifestyle.
Category Set it if it matches a specific category. e.g. Pool view
Captions Describe the image in any language you want.

Why use lifestyle?

If travelers are filtering on a specific lifestyle and your property shows up, we display the image that matches the traveler’s chosen lifestyle as your featured image; thereby making your property more relevant.

社群媒體

點擊 Social media 標籤繼續。

您可能會想，「為什麼地點會有自己的社群媒體區塊？」地點也可以是物業附近但場外的設施，擁有自己的員工和 IG 帳號。

社群媒體讓您能隨時與新舊旅客保持聯繫。將您的社群帳號加入個人資料，讓客人能輕鬆聯絡您並了解此地點。

切換您想啟用的社群網路開關。
輸入您在該網路上的帳號名稱。

聲譽

點擊 Reputation 標籤繼續。

類似於 Social media 標籤，若此地點有獨立的聲譽分數或額外榮譽，您可在此強調。

您的聲譽是您的數位貨幣，您希望隨時攜帶它。聲譽條目可以是物業想要認可的任何事物，例如第三方評價或廚師在烘焙比賽中獲得金牌。在此區，您可以新增來自網路各處的分數和排名。

點擊 Add reputation score 按鈕。

類別選擇您想新增的分數類型。例如：第三方評論
提供者 輸入授予您分數的單位。例如：BigOTA.com
評分類型 選擇您收到分數的形式。例如：數字
日期可選，輸入您收到分數的日期。
評分輸入您收到的分數。例如：8.5
最高分 可選，輸入此獎項的最高分數。例如：10

屬性基礎銷售

點擊 Attribute Based Selling 標籤繼續。

我們所有設施都配有自己的 ABS 區塊。本節讓您在主庫存上建立加購機會，或將非交易型庫存轉為交易型。我們強烈建議您建立這些機會，以便在訂房過程中以較高價格與訂房者連結。

價格指標 快速告知旅客此地點的價格層級。
啟用若您想讓此地點在所有銷售通路中不可預訂，請切換開關至 🛑。
可抽成 表示聯盟是否可從此庫存獲得佣金。
精選表示若有機會，是否應將此地點更顯著地展示。
屬性基礎銷售 切換開關至 ✅ 以啟用此庫存的 ABS。啟用後，您需新增至少一個 ABS 銷售項目

附屬項目

啟用 ABS 後，您可以開始新增附屬項目並開放銷售。

預設已為您建立一個空白項目。您可點擊 Add item for sale 按鈕新增更多。

名稱為您的附屬項目命名。例如：鬼屋門票
定價類型 表示您如何計算價格。例如：設定為 Per day 表示價格依天數計算。
基本價格 輸入此項目的常規價格。例如：200 / 天
折扣價格 輸入 Wink 用戶預訂此項目時的價格。例如：150 / 天

限制

您可以透過設定最小/最大數量限制此項目的可用量。

最小數量 限制必須預訂的最小數量。例如：1 位參加者
最大數量 限制可預訂的最大數量。例如：4 位參加者

描述

名稱為您的附屬項目命名。例如：團體行程
描述用一兩段文字描述附屬項目。例如：嚇壞你所有朋友。

並非所有庫存都位於場內。若您有位於場外的庫存，請在此告知旅客，您將有機會設定獨立地圖位置及選填聯絡資訊。

當地點距離飯店數公里，旅客想向計程車司機說明如何抵達時，這會很有幫助。

點擊 Save 按鈕繼續。

銷售通路

啟用庫存於銷售通路有兩種方式：

在卡片上切換庫存可用性。見上圖
從主導航欄前往 Distribution > Inventory，專門管理所有銷售通路的庫存。

API

想管理 Places 的開發者可前往 Developers > APIs > Experiences。
