會議室
要管理您的會議室，請從主導航列點選 Inventory > Meeting Rooms。
會議室讓您展示並銷售您的會議室，無論是在場內或場外。要建立會議室，請點選 Create meeting room 按鈕。

預設會選擇 Configurations 標籤開始。
本節涵蓋會議室的基本資訊。
- 內部名稱 您內部稱呼此會議室的名稱。例如 Ballroom 1
- 類型 會議室的類型。例如 Ballroom
- 存取權限 會議室的存取類型。例如 Private Access
- 樓層 會議室所在樓層。例如 Mezzanine
- 專用 是否為專用會議室。例如 Yes
- 不規則形狀 會議室是否為不規則形狀。例如 No
- 容納人數 會議室可容納的人數。例如 10
此部分讓您輸入會議室的尺寸。
- 面積 面積（平方公尺）。例如 1000 平方公尺
- 高度 房間高度（公尺）。例如 12m
- 寬度 房間寬度（公尺）。例如 100m
- 長度 房間長度（公尺）。例如 100m
此部分讓您管理會議室的可用時間。
- 開放時間 會議室開始可用的時間。例如 09:00
- 關閉時間 會議室停止可用的時間。例如 21:00
此部分讓您設定會議室可用的星期幾。
切換開關至 ✅ 表示該天可用。
此部分讓您設定會議室全年可用的日期。
- 開始日期 會議室開始可用的日期。例如 2024年9月11日
- 結束日期 會議室停止可用的日期。例如 2024年7月11日
點選 Amenities 標籤繼續。
類似於物業設施，會議室設施僅適用於特定會議室。勾選適用的設施。
點選 Descriptions 標籤繼續。
類似於物業歡迎文字，您也可以為會議室建立多語系描述。 您可以用任意多種語言撰寫。我們會為所有熱門語言新增翻譯。 這是旅客在查看您的會議室時會看到的文字。

新增照片或影片：

- By dragging images from your computer onto the window or click
Browse. - By pasting an external URL that points to an image.
- By using your laptop camera.
- From your Google Drive account.
- From your Dropbox account.
- From Shutterstock
- From gettyimages
- From iStock
- From Unsplash
- By dragging images from your computer onto the window or click
- When uploading single images, you’ll be asked if you want to crop the image before uploading.
- Once your image has finished uploading, the pop-up window will close and the image will show up in your list of media.
Requirements
- Images cannot exceed 10Mb in size.
- Videos cannot exceed 50Mb in size.
- We support all recognized image and video formats, including PDF.
Recommendations
- 2560w x 1440h (16x9 aspect ratio) for your featured image.
- 2560w x 1920h (4:3 aspect ratio) for all other images.
- Image size should not be larger than 5Mb. Please compress your images before uploading to Wink.
Metadata
You can add additional metadata to your images and video by clicking on the ✏️ icon next to your image.
Metadata can be:
- Lifestyle Set it if an image represent a specific lifestyle.
- Category Set it if it matches a specific category. e.g. Pool view
- Captions Describe the image in any language you want.
Why use lifestyle?
If travelers are filtering on a specific lifestyle and your property shows up, we display the image that matches the traveler’s chosen lifestyle as your featured image; thereby making your property more relevant.

您可能會想，「為什麼會議室會有自己的社群媒體區塊？」會議室也可能是物業附近但場外的設施，擁有自己的員工和 IG 帳號。
社群媒體讓您隨時與新舊旅客保持聯繫。 將您的社群帳號加入個人檔案，讓客人能輕鬆聯絡您並了解此會議室。
- 切換您想啟用的社群網路開關。
- 輸入您在該網路上的帳號名稱。
點選 Reputation 標籤繼續。
類似於 Social media 標籤，若此會議室有獨立的評價分數或額外榮譽，您可在此強調。
您的評價是您的數位貨幣，您希望隨時攜帶它。 評價條目可以是物業想要認可的任何項目，例如第三方評分或廚師在比賽中獲得金牌。 在此部分，您可以新增來自網路各處的分數和排名。
點選 Add reputation score 按鈕。
- 類別 選擇您想新增的分數類型。例如 第三方評論
- 提供者 輸入頒發分數的單位。例如 BigOTA.com
- 評分類型 選擇您收到分數的形式。例如 數字
- 日期 （選填）輸入您收到分數的日期。
- 評分 輸入您收到的分數。例如 8.5
- 最高分 （選填）輸入此類獎項的最高分。例如 10
點選 Attribute Based Selling 標籤繼續。
我們所有設施都有自己的 ABS 區塊。此部分讓您在主庫存上建立加價銷售機會，或將非交易型庫存轉為交易型。 我們強烈建議您建立這些機會，以便在訂房過程中以較高價格與訂房者連結。
- 價格指標 快速告知旅客此會議室的價格層級。
- 啟用 若您想讓此會議室在所有銷售通路停止訂購，請切換開關至 🛑。
- 可抽成 表示此庫存是否會給予聯盟佣金。
- 精選 表示若有此選項，是否要讓此會議室更顯眼地展示。
- 屬性銷售 切換開關至 ✅ 以啟用此庫存的 ABS。啟用後，您需至少新增 1 個 ABS 銷售項目
啟用 ABS 後，您可以開始新增附屬項目並開放銷售。
預設已為您建立一個空白項目。您可點選 Add item for sale 按鈕新增更多。
- 名稱 為您的附屬項目命名。例如 Ballroom 1 - 小時
- 定價類型 表示您如何計算價格。例如 設為
Per hour表示價格依租用小時數計算。 - 基本價格 輸入此項目的常規價格。例如 20 / 小時
- 折扣價格 輸入 Wink 用戶訂購此項目時的價格。例如 15 / 小時
您可以透過設定最小/最大數量限制此項目的可用性。
- 最小數量 限制必須訂購的最小數量。例如 20 位參加者
- 最大數量 限制可訂購的最大數量。例如 100 位參加者
- 名稱 為您的附屬項目命名。例如 按小時計費
- 描述 用一兩段文字描述附屬項目。例如 按小時計費 Ballroom 1。最少人數：20 - 最多人數：100。

並非所有庫存都位於場內。若您有場外庫存，請在此告知旅客，您將有機會設定獨立地圖位置及選填聯絡資訊。
當會議室距離飯店數公里，旅客想向計程車司機說明如何抵達時，這會很有幫助。
點選 Save 按鈕繼續。
啟用庫存於銷售通路有兩種方式：
- 在卡片上切換庫存可用性。見上圖
- 從主導航列前往
Distribution > Inventory，專門管理所有銷售通路的庫存。
想管理 Meeting Rooms 的開發者可前往 Developers > APIs > Facilities。
