要管理您的附加服務，請從主導航列點擊 Inventory > Add-ons。

附加服務
附加服務範例條目

附加服務是設施和體驗的進階形式。附加服務讓您能展示並銷售您的附加服務，無論是在場內或場外。要建立附加服務，請點擊 Create add-on 按鈕。

以下章節將逐步引導您管理附加服務的每個部分。

設定

Section titled “設定”

預設會選擇 Configurations 標籤開始。

本節涵蓋附加服務的基本設定。

  • 內部名稱 您在內部稱呼附加服務的名稱。例如：鬼屋
  • 單位數量 設定可用數量。例如：10
  • 必須 此附加服務是否與房間訂房同時必須。例如：否
  • 費率方案 可選擇設定費率方案以利用其限制條件。

時間表

本節讓您管理附加服務的可用時間。

營業時間

Section titled “營業時間”
  • 開放時間 附加服務開始可用的時間。例如：09:00
  • 關閉時間 附加服務停止可用的時間。例如：21:00

營業日

Section titled “營業日”

本節讓您設定附加服務可用的星期幾。

切換開關為 ✅ 表示該天可用。

季節性

Section titled “季節性”

本節讓您設定附加服務全年可用的日期。

  • 開始日期 附加服務開始可用的日期。例如：2024年9月11日
  • 結束日期 附加服務停止可用的日期。例如：2024年7月11日

設施

Section titled “設施”

點擊 Amenities 標籤繼續。

類似於物業設施，附加服務設施僅適用於特定附加服務。勾選適用的設施。

描述

Section titled “描述”

點擊 Descriptions 標籤繼續。

類似於物業歡迎文字，您也可以為附加服務建立多語系描述。 您可以用任意多種語言撰寫。我們會為所有熱門語言新增翻譯。 這是旅客在查看您的附加服務時會看到的文字。

  • 名稱 為附加服務命名。例如：水上飛機交通
  • 描述 用一兩段文字描述附加服務。例如：我們的島嶼僅能搭乘水上飛機抵達…

照片與影片

Section titled “照片與影片”

點擊 Photos & Videos 標籤繼續。

新增照片或影片：

  1. Click on the Upload media button.
  2. Media can be added:
    • By dragging images from your computer onto the window or click Browse.
    • By pasting an external URL that points to an image.
    • By using your laptop camera.
    • From your Google Drive account.
    • From your Dropbox account.
    • From Shutterstock
    • From gettyimages
    • From iStock
    • From Unsplash
  3. When uploading single images, you’ll be asked if you want to crop the image before uploading.
  4. Once your image has finished uploading, the pop-up window will close and the image will show up in your list of media.

Requirements

  • Images cannot exceed 10Mb in size.
  • Videos cannot exceed 50Mb in size.
  • We support all recognized image and video formats, including PDF.

Recommendations

  • 2560w x 1440h (16x9 aspect ratio) for your featured image.
  • 2560w x 1920h (4:3 aspect ratio) for all other images.
  • Image size should not be larger than 5Mb. Please compress your images before uploading to Wink.

Metadata

You can add additional metadata to your images and video by clicking on the ✏️ icon next to your image.

Metadata can be:

  • Lifestyle Set it if an image represent a specific lifestyle.
  • Category Set it if it matches a specific category. e.g. Pool view
  • Captions Describe the image in any language you want.

Why use lifestyle?

If travelers are filtering on a specific lifestyle and your property shows up, we display the image that matches the traveler’s chosen lifestyle as your featured image; thereby making your property more relevant.

社群媒體

Section titled “社群媒體”

點擊 Social media 標籤繼續。

您可能會想，「為什麼附加服務會有自己的社群媒體區塊？」附加服務也可能是靠近物業但場外的設施，擁有自己的員工和 IG 帳號。

社群媒體讓您能隨時與新舊旅客保持聯繫。 將您的社群帳號加入個人檔案，讓旅客能輕鬆聯絡您並了解此附加服務。

  1. 切換您想啟用的社群網路開關。
  2. 輸入您在該網路上的帳號名稱。

評價

Section titled “評價”

點擊 Reputation 標籤繼續。

類似於 Social media 標籤，若此附加服務有獨立的評價分數或額外榮譽，您可在此強調。

您的評價是您的數位貨幣，您希望隨時攜帶它。 評價條目可以是物業想要自豪的任何項目，例如第三方評分或廚師在烘焙比賽中獲得金牌。 在此區，您可以新增來自網路各處的分數與排名。

點擊 Add reputation score 按鈕。

  1. 類別 選擇您想新增的分數類型。例如：第三方評論
  2. 提供者 輸入頒發分數的單位。例如：BigOTA.com
  3. 評分類型 選擇您收到分數的形式。例如：數字型
  4. 日期 可選，輸入您收到分數的日期。
  5. 評分 輸入您收到的分數。例如：8.5
  6. 最高分 可選，輸入此獎項的最高分數。例如：10

屬性銷售

點擊 Attribute Based Selling 標籤繼續。

我們所有設施都有自己的 ABS 區塊。本節讓您在主庫存上建立加價銷售機會，或將非交易型庫存轉為交易型。 我們強烈建議您建立這些機會，以便在訂房過程中以更高價格與訂房者連結。

  • 價格指標 快速告知旅客此附加服務的價格高低。
  • 啟用 若您想讓此附加服務在所有銷售通路停止訂購，請切換開關為 🛑。
  • 可抽成 表示此庫存是否會給予聯盟佣金。
  • 精選 表示此附加服務是否應在有機會時更突出展示。
  • 屬性銷售 切換開關為 ✅ 以啟用此庫存的 ABS。啟用後，您需至少新增 1 項 ABS 銷售品項

附屬品項

啟用 ABS 後，您可以開始新增附屬品項並開放銷售。

預設已為您建立一個空白品項。您可點擊 Add item for sale 按鈕新增更多。

  • 名稱 為您的附屬品項命名。例如：慢但免費
  • 定價類型 表示您如何計算價格。例如：設定為 Per person 表示價格依人數計算。
  • 基本價格 輸入此品項的常規價格。例如：200 / 人
  • 折扣價格 輸入 Wink 用戶訂購此品項時的價格。例如：150 / 人

限制

Section titled “限制”

您可以透過設定數量的最小/最大限制來限制此品項的可用性。

  • 最小數量 限制必須訂購的最小數量。例如：1 位參加者
  • 最大數量 限制可訂購的最大數量。例如：4 位參加者

描述

  • 名稱 為您的附屬品項命名。例如：慢但免費
  • 描述 用一兩段文字描述附屬品項。例如：使用我們非常老舊的螺旋槳飛機帶您前往。

鄰近位置

Section titled “鄰近位置”

點擊 Proximity 標籤繼續。

並非所有庫存都位於場內。若您有位於場外的庫存，請在此告知旅客，您將有機會設定獨立地圖位置及選填聯絡資訊。

當附加服務位於飯店幾公里外，旅客想向計程車司機說明如何抵達時，這會很有幫助。

銷售通路

  • 在卡片上切換庫存可用性。見上圖
  • 從主導航列前往 Distribution > Inventory，專門管理所有銷售通路的庫存。
